Schools are an important part of an active community. We want to understand local school needs and help make useful connections with clubs, organisations, facilities and opportunities across the Sleaford area.
The 2026 community needs assessment includes a dedicated route for schools and academies, covering PE and physical activity, facilities, pupil needs and partnerships. It takes about 10 minutes.
We can help schools discover local clubs and activity providers who may be able to offer sessions, pathways or support.
Where schools are interested, we’d like to explore how facilities and opportunities could be shared with the community.
Volunteering, leadership and community projects can create valuable experiences for young people.
