Help shape the future of sport and activity in Sleaford. Our 2026 needs assessment will help us understand what’s working, what’s needed and where we can make the biggest difference together.

  1. About 10 minutesQuestions adapt to your organisation, so you only see what’s relevant.
  2. Clubs, groups and schoolsThere are dedicated routes for community organisations and for schools.
  3. Repeated every yearThis is a defined 6–8 week exercise that we plan to repeat annually to track what’s changing.

Findings will be reported collectively. Individual organisations will not be publicly ranked or criticised.
