We listen first. Our annual community needs assessment asks clubs, organisations and schools what’s working, what’s needed and where support would help most. The findings help shape our priorities.
Active Sleaford is volunteer-led. Every club we support and every activity we help promote runs on volunteers — coaches, committee members and helpers on the day. Growing that network is at the heart of what we do.
